Florida Natural Gas Pricing Plans Offer Something for Everyone
As part of Central Florida Gas’s Customer Choice Program, Florida Natural Gas provides you pricing plans to fit your individual needs during the program’s one-time open enrollment period each year. Please see the Central Florida Gas web site, cfgas.com, for more information.
Standard Plan – This is the plan of choice for most customers because it offers flexibility. With our competitive variable rate, the price per therm will fluctuate from month to month based on natural gas market conditions. No monthly service charge.
High Volume Plan – If you use an above-average amount of natural gas (perhaps for a pool, hot tub or small business), this may be the plan for you. Our High Volume Plan variable rate is guaranteed to be at least 5 cents per therm less than the published variable Standard Plan rate. Monthly service charge is $2.99. View a sample bill to see where to find your therm usage. If you use more than 700 therms a year, this may be the plan option that best fits your needs.
Senior Plan – This plan offers a special discounted rate for customers age 55 or older. This plan is guaranteed to be at least 5 cents per therm less than the published variable Standard Plan rate. Proof of eligibility is required to participate in this special plan. No monthly service charge.
Fixed Rate Plan – If you want consistency, your price per therm will not change for 12 months under our Fixed Rate Plan, regardless of what happens to natural gas prices in the marketplace. If you terminate your Fixed Rate Plan before your term is over, an early termination charge of $50 will apply. The monthly service charge is $1.99.
